It will be my first family hoilday to Lanzarote. I will be staying in Playa Blanca for two weeks. i have read some of the posted information and have found it useful. I will be hiring a car for two weeks when i arrive in the summer (not booked yet) and i really need to know is there anything i need to look out for whilst out driving and parking the car?

I am trying to find web sites on the area of Playa Blanca ie pictures of the town and restuarants, does anyone know what the night life is like in Playa Blanca??

My three boys (under 15) want to know if there is anything for them to do apart from playing in the pool all day?

Hello victor. Been to lanzarote 3 times and going back again this year. Carjet.com always been the cheapest and good service too. Driving is ok out there. Not much in the way of night life in playa blanca nearly all shut by 12. Think the irish bar stays open quite late plus a few others. Not sure about night clubs as not my thing. Thats the reason we go, as its quiet for the kids. Dont wants loadsa thugs yacking up in the street if you know what i mean. We are out there for 3 weeks from the 27th july. Thanks for the information Paul, it sounds as though i am going to have a nice time on holiday as i dont mind places shutting up by 12 and knowing that people are not going to be chucking up all over the place.
