I used to use Auto Reisen all the time, until we ordered a Beetle Cabriolet for 1 week as a surprise for Ethan as he loved them (he's come to his senses now )
To cut a long story short, they took payment (nearly £500!) and then said they didn't have that car but would deliver it to me the following day. They then gave me a Seat (approx £120 for 1 week).
After 3 days of being 'fobbed off' they finally delivered the Beetle and took the Seat away with no apology or even offering to pay the difference. They just didn't seem to care?
Since then, we've always used Auto Pluscar and in the past 6 years, have never had a problem.

walker, I swear I didn't man to type that,I did it on my phone and I think it must have decided to put 'reused' instaed of 'reisen' ! Its quite funny though but I have no problems with the autoreisen cars

Can't fault the service we received from Cabrera Medina. Booked online and the car was delivered at the agreed time to our apartment and paperwork / payment all sorted within a couple of minutes and away we went.

I had a car for 4 weeks in July/August from Plus car with no problems and a very good price.
For a Mercedes automatic it worked out at about €22 per day. I think!
