Need Advice on how to go about getting unpaid wages! I am aware of a gent called guy Buske who is very helpfull when it comes to doing residencie's etc,but dont really wont to be paying out money for money i am waiting on!, I was told today to report it to the union?... :? Union!!! ok where and how do i find this one out?....we are talking of over 2,000 euros...wages outstanding.
Since been living on Lanzarote you learn every day who to trust who not too, keep your buisness to yourself!...Trust in my book is what it states...tho to some and in particular a certain person whom i will not yet mention...is nothing but a deceitful,Deliberately misleading, A deceitful person who cannot keep friends for long,
having a tendency or disposition to deceive, deceptive, misleading.....the list goes on,but most important destroy peoples's lives, and dosent give a ****!!!...always looks after number 1..
And also uses her own car for private taxi runs...to and from the Airport...tut tut!!! dont think the taxi guys would be too happy if they knew this!!!...
Also my friends....need advice on who to contact ref, contract hours...(tax man).i.e contract for 5 hours work when 60+ hours being carried out,yes you can say i was screwed over, but i guess we all learn and move on...

Sounds like you've been messed around to put it mildly.

Not sure there's much you can do if your contract states 5 hours and all you have to prove that you worked more is word of mouth.

But if you can get someone to take this to court and argue your case, then maybe...

Its a mess yes! and its a situation that is upsetting and stressfull and most of all this person should not be able to treat people like this...this person is simply a bully and a dishonest selfish and does not care, and always lies and gets away with it!!!...people like this do not deserve to live here, this person is a british person and seems to befriend people by there helpfullness, well wot you think is...but when you start to hear people say be carefull..you start to worry.
I have had many people say wot a horrid person....this person has destroid peoples lives, why dosent anyone stand up to ?... i asked a friend of a friend today who knows the spanish law,and told me to go to a place by the police station in arrecife and put my case forward and get this person denounced on the contract side of it! but not the fact that this person owes you money as it will also denounce yourself!!!...nothing seems to be easy does it,and then also the fact that when you go to this place in arrecife you need a translator with you!!...
