im gonna visit lanzarote in the beginning of june for 2 weeks, staying at playa blanca
just a couple things i wanna clear out before arriving:

is there any company that rents out convertibles (upmarket ones especially, mercs and such)? if so - which is the better one?
i've only had my drivers license for about a year and a half (im 24, though) - will it be a problem to rent a car?
how much is the taxi between playa blanca and pdc?
any good/big foodshops in playa blanca? what about clothing stores?

well, sorted out the 1st and 2nd questions by myself, but got one more for ya:
any places with free wifi?

,macdonalds is wifi probably an if u buy a coke be free too,,,

did u find a nice soft-top? i know there was a nice blue beetle in pdc ,not sure of company

Taxi from airport to Playa Blanca is around €35 each way.
Biggest food shop in Playa Blanca is Hiperdino, which is on the dual carriageway that runs between the port and town.
Clothing shops. Designer outlets in the Marina... Mango and a couple of others in the town centre.
Loads of Wifi places available. most of the Brit bars have it now.

i couldnt afford to pay the fine for standing on a beetle never mind hireing one.oh just rememberd i cant drive happy hols.

It would mess your hair up in a convertable Meat!
Bus from Playa Blance to PdC approx every hour, don´t catch the orange marked ones.
www.arrecifebus.com , check on lineas and number 6, only a couple of €´s each cheaper and more local than a taxi. You get to see the local villages etc.
www.autospluscar.com as previously stated is excellent and has some seriously nice/new cars available for hire.
