I spent new years in PDC last year and going back on christmas day for two weeks. Great atmosphere, fireworks on beach at 2am, live bands in street. The main roads are closed off so lots of dancing in street as well.

Wherever you go, I am sure you will have a good time.

We spent last New Year's eve with a crowd of friends at Ikarus in Teguise. It was a fabulous meal, fabulous atmosphere and the team there were brilliant. At the end of the meal we wrote wishes on pieces of paper and they were sent off into the sky in mini hot air baloons as the clock struck midnight. We then watched an amazing firework display laid on by the ayuntamiento in Teguise, before joining the rest of the town dancing in the square to live music. Once things had gone quiet in Teguise, we headed for Arrecife and boogied till dawn. My best new year's ever!
