I see you asked this on another thread, I presume you are refering to the Teguise Sunday market, your best option is either a taxi there and back, use a hire car or book one of the trips to it by coach...It starts after 0900 and normally winds down after 2pm.

The number 12 bus operates from the promenade direct to Teguise market. The timetable states every half hour but extra buses are put on if required.

€2.60 per person each way.
