We go to Playa Blanca most Novembers and never had bad weather yet. 26/27 by day and 21 at night. I think the ferry to Fuerteventura is about 25 eauros, passenger only

We are going out to Costa Teguise on November 24th and if the weather is the same as 2009 when we went out on 22nd November then we'll be delighted! It was glorious, we went earlier (September) last year and although the sun went down later it was alot cloudier in the mornings...

The cost of the ferry varies depending on time of year and what type of ferry you take (theres a fast one and a slow one)

The weather in November should be good, and September is usually the nicest month - not as hot as August, and less crowded. The cloudy mornings aren't typical, but can happen at any time of year, we've just had several weeks of them.
