Haggle is expected in the perfume shops, ask for a discount for living there

Hay un descuento por residencia?

But in truth never take the first offer, shop around and get the best deal that suits you. Why do you think the shops put €50 on the bottle, cut to €25 in the sale? Just try for 15, may get 18.

If you don't try you don't get. Enjoy.

We find you can purchase perfume as cheap in the UK now,so we never bother on the Island. Most UK shopping Malls have a discount perfume store.

The Net is even cheaper

But Charlies et al are good for finding obscure, limited edition or discontinued perfumes & aftershaves if your looking for something specific.

The Make Up is definitely no cheaper, it used to be when we were getting a good exchange rate but not anymore and again the Net is often cheaper.

if you do go it's must to haggle as they all purposely inflate the ticket prices to encourage you to barter it down, they all know what the right price is as they just pop the code in their till and it gives the "real" price............never understood why they have this silly practice, if people aren't in the know I've seen them walk out once looking at the ticket prices

I wouldnt hold your breath for loads of bargains as the prices are almost the same. You will get it a bit cheaper but usually the deals you get in the UK are like for like :( :( :( :(
