November you will need a fleece for the evenings, days are usually sunny and dry around 25. Sorry no idea what you would want to do as retired here, not my area. i am sure someone else will help in that area.

November is normally pretty good - hot in the day and cool in the evenings. We are out the week before.
Prices?! Same as Uk pretty much...but then rather depends on what you do in the UK!
Things to do - well the town is great for walking - if you have a couple of hours can walk from the light house at one end all the way to the Dorada beach. Head out to the Papagayo for fab beaches. Just go explore! Get up early and climb the red montana above playa blanca.
Head up to Femes in the car - thats the little village in the "mountains" above playa blanca to watch the sun go down.
