Playa Blanca is like a ghost town just now. All the villas are empty and the owners are desperate. There are no bookings for February and there are bargains galore for then and for all times of the year.

The part time accountant got a discount for renting 2 villas, and Robert got a discount for booking for 3 weeks, but now things are so bad, you´ll all get a big discount for any booking - 1 villa for 2 nights or any number of nights.

Dont think I would recommend you Luxury Villas.

Why are you being so silly?!

We are looking at things from different ends of the transaction. Us the holidaymakers are always looking for the best deal and you the agent are looking to maximise your percentage - we are hardly going to agree are we regardless of previous issues......but to say that PB is full and there is no room for negotiation is a little naughty.

BTW despite bawbee kidding on you can't get a discount I'd still highly recommend using his website if you're looking for good quality villas at reasonable prices, he does provide an excellent service.

OK While I'll agree that half term week in Feb is probably chocker, I'd have to agree with Foodie that there can be some great bargaining to be done in both Jan and Feb.
I'm off next week and I've managed to negotiate a near 25% discount.

Obviously it suits luxuryvillas to have us all believe that Villa's are at a premium and we must all pay top whack.
