Hi,I'm new here.
Can someone tell me what the property market is like on the island at the moment.
Is it improving or stabilising.
Are prices here much more affordable than say Tenerife?

Any input would be appreciated.

Cheers

Not sure how Lanz compares to Tenerife price wise. A look at the "Freedom 4 Sale" website and mag which features both islands should tell you.

However.........prices in Lanz still seem to be going down. Lots of empty developments all over the place. Have a look round, and when you see somewhere you like, make a cheeky offer! If a developer has 100 empty properties, it must stand a good chance of working!

Its certainly a buyers market with some bargins to be had, does not
stop some people asking silly money but still worth a look.

Thanks for your replies,it's much appreciated. :)
Seems the same all over,& like you said Keith, there are people out there still asking silly money for property.
Makes you wonder how these people will be affected psychologically when reality dawns, especially now that parity of £/€ is almost guaranteed to happen. :(

Cheers
