Can anyone advise me whether restaurants would normally be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? I am thinking of places like Navarro / Montmartre / Oscars at Costa Teguise. Many thanks

24 and 25 December are not public holidays, but theSpanish are getting more into 25th. They give most presents on 6 Jan. Some British/Irish places might be a bit thin on 25th though.
