Hi,
Has anyone stayed in these apts recently !
About to book for 4 weeks in Jan next, but have been told apts are very noisy at night and in need of a revamp.
This couple have been staying there long term for several years but say they wont return there next year !

Any advice please :!:

I looked at a couple of these apartments in August, they have a fantastic location, some with great sea views but the ones i looked at were tired and needed refurbishing.A few of them are rented on a long-term basis. Hope this helps. :) :) :)

Stayed at Los cocoteros last Feb. right on the seafront, fantastic views.
Has 4 floors (sea view request) no bar but everything is on the doorstep (in the new town), basic but very clean / friendly and good rates. Def. use again.

If you want to spend 24/7 in your apartment on holiday, be in bed by 9.30pm with a book and cocoa you may think Rocas Blancas are not for you,. but if you want perfectly fine spacious apartments with a great view if you prebook it, close by everything, no hills to climb then they are great.
Sure there is a bit of noise, but it's nothing if you are out yourselves for a few beers, just ask for a room on the complex as far away from centro as possible.

we stayed there around 10 times and it's ideal for us

Happy Holidays
Danny

Aaron, I would suggest the Elena. They are just behind Centro and are clean, roomy and in a great location. Although just behind Centro, you hardly get any noise. We have stayed here about 5 times and won't go anywhere else now despite staying at other higher rated accomodation. I have a friend that has stayed in the Rocas Blancas and has said she will never go back now that she has discovered the Elena. Here's a link:-
