Hi all

I'm already looking at booking next year's holiday (before we have even been on this one's) and I was wondering about the Sands Beach Resort.

Has anybody stayed here before? If so, was are the good/bad points? Also, is it worth upgrading to one of the apartments on the beach?

Jasewatford is the main man he has an apartment there.
I used to pick up there whilst coach driving and never heard any bad reviews.

Sands Beach is a very good quality resort. If you insist on getting one of the refurbished villas or apartments there. Best to go self catering there as the breakfast is just OK and the evening meal is hit and miss.

The beach front villas are lagoon front villas and I cant see where the sea comes in to clean or filter the water.

It is a lovely resort and the villas are of excellent quality. I do not work for Sands Beach I just happen to have to go into a lot of hotels for my job,

We visited Sands beach and yes it is a nice resort, little walk to the main part of teguise but does have its own beach area for the kids.
