noelle your post was on 7 may and you dont say if your already in lanza.you will have to be here to get any chance of work.no one will want to employ you if you are not yet on the island.julie, lots of good advice there, but ive got freinds that work at turtles so i have to disagree with you on that!

i better not name names but one works behind the bar and one cooks.honestly you are the first person in 3 years ive lived here ive heard slag off the turtle.there are much worse establishments.does the family from mansfield still run it as we thought they were teriffic.

i was sacked from blairs alledgedly because i was too slow even though we always closed the kitchen on or before the designated time.so i feel sympathy for you on that one.i actually spoke to my friend whos a barmaid at turtles last night but she dosnt agree with you and likes it there.i just think the things that happened to you at turtle happen at most places here and ive seen good staff sacked on a whim,owners know they can get away with murder cos the staff havnt got a contract(or a so called contract biased in favor of the management)
