Me and a friend are looking for a decent 2 bedroom apartment/villa. We need to know how much it would cost roughly per month/week aswell and if that price includes utilities. We are staying from early April next year until late September. The place needs to be within Puerto Del Carmen, preferably on the sea front or close to the center.

There's loads of places for rent in the main resorts particularly PDC. Best to be on the island though. That way you can check them out and are ready to sign paperwork and move in.

Get a one way flight and apartment as (Oasis, lomo verde etc) standard no frills and ask around.
I'm sure you'll find something, now from €300 per month.
