Is there a smoking ban in in bars/restaurants/nightclubs in Lanza?

This was prob asked before but the only thread I came across on it was 2006 prob changed since then.

There is. Only because the Canaries are Spanish and Spain is part of the EU. There are no smoking signs in many places but it is not enforced. I have only been asked once not to smoke in a restaurant and that was in the American-Indian Cafe in PDC. Generally, you can smoke openly in all the bars and on the outside seated areas of restaurants.
