Spanish Sim / Tarrifs

Hi

Does anyone know how much it is to buy a spanish sim? If you can top up in the majority of places?
And what are the tarrifs like / prices?

The cheapest one i bought over there was a pay as u go.

In movistar...i think its was like 29 euros...i got the phone and 10 euros credit.

Bit of a crappy phone but its a phone!!
