Many people will get fed up with these strikes and go elsewhere

The unions CCOO, UGT and USO ( that's all the three workers' unions in Spain) have announced strikes on 22 days between April and August. The dates are:
April 20,21,24,25,30
May 2,14,15,19,20
June 13,23,30
July 1,2,3,4,15,31
August 1,15,31

And the Spanish Government say they won't happen because they will have reached an agreement by then.

The 2 parties are meeting today so hopefully they will sort it out!

Let's hope that they sort it out as it is only bad for Spain. What with the volcano erupting, the snow in the UK and most recently the air traffic controllers strike, people will book elsewhere instead of a Spanish resort I wish that the workers would consider this before striking, as most of their jobs rely on tourism.
