Hoping you can help. We had a lovely holiday at the above earlier this year and are going back late September. I tried to put a room request in with the travel operator but they forgot to add it & now say cant be done as the booking has been processed - We had a lovely room next to the kids pool & would like to request the same again.

Im trying to get an email address/telephone number for the apartments but not having much luck - please can anyone help?
Thanks in advance

The wonderful world of Google dragged the following up for you.

Telephone: 0034 928 518 359
Email: amigos@ext.step.es

Not sure how useful the email address is, I'm afraid... as ther direct website seems to be down.

Good luck!

JJMac, did you have any luck with the request for the apartment you want, I am going to these apartments in november and would like to choose a room on an upper floor if possible.
Steve.

Thanks for your replies, unfortunately have not managed to contact hotel by either phone or email (neither seems to work)
Hoping to get lucky and not get a noisy road room!

Will get the contact details whilst there and post them when I get back Steve

Hiyah ppl,
We have just got home from the sun beach apartments and had a great holiday, All the staff there were very friendly and helpfull, the apartment we had was spotlessly clean and very well maintaned, we were on the first foor and had two balcony's one with patio furniture, the apartment had everything needed for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday we had twin beds in the main bedroom and also a bed settee in the lounge, the kitchen had a two ring hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee maker, plenty of crockery and cuttlery, we had a tv that did not need feeding with euro's, we had a bathroom with shower over the bath plus the usual sink and WC and also a hardryer in the bathroom, the apartmets are a short walk into the resort center and beaches, we went self catering and did not try the main restaraunt at the sun beach as there are so many superb restaraunts in playa blanca center, if I have a small criticism of the sun beach its about the snack bar we tried the pizza's and they were tastless and baked potato and they were only half cooked I have to say though that we spoke to ppl that said they had some good meals there so maybe we were just unlucky..

Steve.
