cosmic dont blame me when you ruin your hols by getting too much sun on your first day then spending the rest of your stay burning in agony like so many tourists do.

Well guys

Just got back yesterday, went 24th April. The first three days were in 30's and it floored me! We had all these recommendations for restaurants from lots of lovely people on a previous post and there was no point going. I couldn't face the thought of a big grub up and was very glad when it went down to around 25 degrees. We managed one evening meal in Bodecos in PDC on the penultimate night, which was very enjoyable. Sent back my main course, (Pork Shank cooked in beer, tough, fatty and inedible) so they gave us a free sweet and an enormous Baileys coffee with good grace and a smile. Starter of spare ribs was melt in the mouth heaven, and the service friendly and efficient. Very nice restaurant, wish we could have tried others.
Maybe next time...

Will never use Thomas Cook again, incidentally. Seven hour delay at Gatwick followed by three hour delay at Arrecife.
