Hi,
Me and my boyfriend are heading down Lanzarote on the 8th for a week and I want to know what is there to do exciting, don't wanna be bored for a whole week. And also where to shop as we got a self-catering apartment booked in Costa Teguise. Help is much appreciated. Thx

I'm 23 he is 27, not sure where exactly in CT the apartment is, I know it's near the beach and on top of the Post Office as he booked it, I'll ask him later. We are after clubs, places to eat, nice calm beaches, ski jets, safari, etc... You know, exciting stuff!
Cheers

hi, if ure near the post office theres a couple of supermarkets near by,right opposite the post office u find la esquana bar they will help you with everything else, cafe further up the british cafe for good old english brekkie, loverly calm beach just down the road with a wind surf center,el patio for good steaks plus an indian and chineeze and spanish restraunts near by,you are very central, legends club and saxos late nite bar close by ,but pdc youre best bet for nightlife,as for excurcions last minute next to the red lion pub can hopefully provide what you want, just ask in any bar or anyone tey will all help, its loverly there.
love meat xx

sounds like the marysol apts? you are right in town and overlooking the beach, just below the apts are some surf rental shops and cafes, they will have lots of info re surfing and trips etc, only windsurfing and kyaking allowed on costa teguise beaches but lots of places do organised trips over to famara which is a surf beach just ask in the surf places. costa is generally a quieter resort but there are late night bars and clubs too,the main market square has a good vibe at night with an evening market of friday's and music on the bandstand most nights and chispas has a large local young crowd in there most weekends.papa jacks irosh bar has live folk/rock on most nights and jazz me madre speaks for itself! also try la vida club for live music and jester's for karaoke, dj's and dancing and saxos and dreams for the same. happy hols x

Do you guys know where is the best sunset in Lanzarote?? We are thinking of El Golfo, looks a good place to see the sunset, we got a car so we can drive anywhere as long as we can see an awesome one!
Thanks

Try Femes for superb sunsets. Bar/restaurant at the top of the hill.
