just returned from my hols in villa lulu in lanzarote and it was the worst experience of my life , fleas live in the bed linen cockroaches live in the shower rooms the manager peter harrington attacked my son who is a minor and shouted at my 3yr old daughter has anyone had a similar experience with this awful man

I've been in PDC in many private rentals and package cheap deals in 2 star apt's and never once seen any kind of bugs (did see a roach outside toby jug when we were sitting out playing deal or no deal, and it wasn't Noel, lol).

This must be a one off surly i have been in private villas in PDC twice a year for the past 6 years never have i seen any kind of wild life except the expected i.e birds and lizards

villa lulu is in nazarate or oasis de nazarate he also owns casa christophe and casa cobra which stand side by side to each other , this man is a menace and i want him to cease from renting out villas , it was a first to my family but there is another review on a website about him and i bet there is lots more families out there who have had problems with him he needs to be stopped

I booked through owners direct last year then on the day before we left on our hols they emailed me to say they had lost the booking forms , we had paid for internet for the week and never got it, they came into the villa 3x when we were out , we had a car for 5 days instead of 7 then peter the manager just came and washed it and emptied it of all our things and just left them on the pavement outside the villa and took the car to casa cobra when we approached peter about the car he got nasty , the bottom line is as long as hes taking your money hes happy but when approached about a problem ie the car or gas he gets abusive , he hates kids but they advertise babysitting duties for his wife to come and do i wouldnt trust them with my rabbit nevermind my kids, has anyone any idea how i can stop this man from renting villas out and advertising ..............

I do hope you have made an official complaint to this chap rather than making unsubstantiated accusations online?

Fleas are revolting but you do get cockroaches in Lanza even in the cleanest of villas - especially if they have been empty for a while.

Haven't you written to him demanding an expanation or compensation?

All very mysterious - comes on here slags off villa and then disappears! I hate rip off merchants as much as the next person - but have googled this place and the owner and nothing turns up so does seem a little malicious!

People can have there own opinons and people can choose to either believe me or not im not bothered either way all im doing is pre warning others of our experience , and yes complaints have been made through the proper channels
