Is that the building site on the corner of Avenida de las Canarias and Calle Boya (the road along to Natura Beach)?

Read on Trip Advisor from someone who rang that it belongs to Lanzsur complex and will only be available to residents of that complex !!! Seems a bit silly this day and age....again only second hand information.

So a holiday complex is building a water park?!. If I was paying to go to Lanzasur I certainly wouldnt want it crowded out with non guests! Perhaps we could all use the pool at Princess Yaiza!

Again if the quote from Trip Advisor below is to be believed, this waterpark will also have restricted access:

“ new waterpark for Paradise Island hotel ”
"For summer 2012, guests at the Paradise Island hotel can benefit from the new Waterpark, which will also cater for those staying at the Club Playa Blanca and Río Playa Blanca. The water park has separate swimming pools for the receipt of attractions, where you can find a solarium with sunbed’s and parasols, a snack bar with terrace furniture, which can make use of our All Inclusive. In that sense, all customers from the Hotel Rio Playa Blanca and Club Playa Blanca can spend all day in water park facilities without the need to return to their hotels for lunch, but if the client wants, could do so without any problems using the free shuttle bus available to the hotel for the transfer of customers to this facility. The park will also feature a living area where nature will be different types of cages with birds, a garden of cactus and native plants"

I was over in February and the work was starting but it it's in the grounds of the hotel, there used to be tennis courts there. I wouldn't be at all surprised if its guest only !!!! Let's hope not but only time will tell
