We had a previous discussion concerning a Scandinavian Bistro which had a Troll outside on its forecourt I believe. It is now an Irish Bar, Does anyone know what happened to the troll.
Cy any ideas?

Yep, It was photographed by Madstock. He thought it was real!
In all seriousness, I believe it works for the local council.

Yes but Cy if the venue is now an Irish bar, surely they should now put a Lepricorn outside on the forecourt.
People Miss that Troll I for one will be Pro-active on the 17th of February to find out what happened to it. Add it to the tour mate!!8)8)

I used to drink there and thought it was great. It was run by a Norwegian couple, with the assistance of a Dutch guy. I thought they were good people and looked forward to seeing them and the regulars in the bar.
Yes it in now an Irish bar.
The last time that I was in El Troll the owners didnt seem particulary happy - I suspect that they may have sold up and left, but I keep hoping that they set El Troll #ll somewhere else on our beloved Lanzarote.

El Troll is now the Irish Times but the Troll is still there - he's inside now instead of outside.
These are their stories.

Glad Morten is still around. Thought he might have gone back to Norway and spending his time swimming in a Fjord and listening to Grieg.
