Anyone been to the casino? any good? Might go down on our first night for a look about it and spend all our money, then cry for the rest of the week

Also was wondering if theres any good golf courses about for pretty much total beginners wouldnt mind a wee game of golf if theres any good places that is.

If you've ever been to a big casino, you will be disappointed.

I've not been to the new golf course but the one at Costa Teguise is pretty expensive, 50ish euros a round plus club hire and if the clubs they give you for the driving range are anything to go by I'd just give it a miss. The driving range was fairly cheap though if you wanted to kill an hour. Make sure you wear a shirt with a collar though.

I've been to the casino many times in PDC. Its not very big, but a really nice place, very contemporary and excellent service. Had many a good night in there. You need to take your passport to join, but its free to get in

We were going to look at the Golf Club on the road from PDC to Tias, but the only true golfer with us dropped in to get prices and said it was very expensive for what it was. This was mainly due to the cost of hiring clubs, hence no golf! Except for the crazy golf!

Golf abroad is generally expensive expecially for a one off round so if you hire clubs and a buggy not much change from 60E.

The costa teguise course is good - has a really nice bar and the 18th hole is one of the best have played anywhere.

Not played there for a year and was looking a little "unloved" at the time. I guess money in short supply in general - not played the Tias/PDC course yet though.
