Hi all, just wondering how many of you are flying out over the Halloween holidays and does anyone celebrate it over in Lanzarote

in the past fw years more and more bars etc have adopted halloween and have parties and trick or treating,including the spanish,lots of the locals dress up,adults too so fetch a costume!! lol

Did notice a few kids were starting trick or treat, but certainly with not the malice sometimes used by uk kids in the UK. :wink:

Good to see that its being celebrated over there, will look out for any themed bars, with my bad leg and hunchback i'll fit in perfectly lol :shock:

There are countries or nationalities that don't celebrate Halloween that much.......

So if you send your kids out, it may be a good idea to remind them that not everybody speaks English and that "Trick or Treat" may not go down well with everybody.... :wink:

We're not on UK soil..........

Thats not a problem Zocoloco, was just interested in seeing if any bars celebrated it over there, so i could maybe put an outfit in for our 5 yr old,

Can't do with american fashions really.

Some kid asked 'trick or treat'. So I said, 'I'll have the treat'. They walked off. :lol:

Spanish folk, being staunchly catholic, won't be amused.

I was there last year for Halloween and loads of pubs did stuff for it. I was bit annoyed we never made the effort and got a costume. We really enjoyed it and would reccomend getting an outfit as we felt a bit left out :D :D :D
