Market at the Marina is Saturday and Wednesday.

Correct, - both days until 1400 hrs. But don't go too late as some start packing up much earlier....

There's also a different market at the same time, - where the Africans show the art of faking handbags, sunglasses, watches and anything else. Fun to watch, - and fun to bargain.....

Inside one of the buildings is actually a flee market sort of thing, - where you can buy back whatever you left in the rubbish the day before. Only now it has been turned into antiques....

"Cash in the attic"....?

It's on the main road from PB to Femez, - on the left hand side on the corner where you would normally turn right for Marina Rubicon (if you come from PB).....

The fish market in PB is absolutely wonderful. Every morning the local fishermen bring in their catch, - and if you can't find something here:



- you should be ashamed of yourself.....

Opening hours from 0830 until 1300 hrs on weekdays I think. Sundays closed.

Situated just behind the ferryport and across the road from Centro Commercial Punta Limones (seen in the background on the first picture)........

Those pictures remind me of what we love doing - we park by the old harbour, walk across the gravel, past the boat yard, a few small boats bobbing about, the ferry hooting as it backs in to the port, up the stone steps, past the shop with the big camel outside, pint of San Miguel and an orange juice, watch the world go by - we've arrived!
