has anyone had probs returning goods to this place had a customer in yesterday fuming about returning goods and not being allowed even though she was buying more stuff cant believe it when i only read on friday they have 2340 shops around the world

My missus has just said that she's never had any problem returning goods there, so can't understand why your customer couldn't. Maybe she encountered that rare beast the arrogant stroppy spanish sales assistant:)

heya ive never had any probs returning to zara in the uk, or for that matter in mainland spain, did she have a receipt and everything?
