Consisting of 17 studios and four 1 bedroom apartments arranged around a small pool, you will find that these make the perfect base for your stay in Lanzarote, enjoying a central location at a budget price.
Accommodation is offered from 1 night up to 3 months and advance booking is strongly recommended.
Maximum occupation in a Studio is 2 persons and 3 persons in a 1 bedroom. There is no supplement for single occupation.
The apartments have a reception which is open Mon – Sat 0900 – 1100 where you can arrange car hire, excursions around the island etc. or just have a chat to find out what is happening around and about – nothing beats local knowledge!!
