The menu changes to take advantage of the freshest Sea Food, Meat & Vegetables available on the island and purchased in Arrecife on a daily basis.
Already Quintins had great reviews from visiting journalists.
Joe Duffy of RTE wrote in Ireland On Sunday about the quality, the good value and comparing Quintins to the better Dublin restaurants.
Gerry McLoughlin of Inside Cork suggested Quintins was the premier restaurant for discerning diners on the island. She also commented on the value.
Quintins has seating for 50 on 2 floors in a spacious, friendly atmosphere.
Finn O'Sullivan, owner/Head chef has experience in Ireland, France and Australia. He trained under Alan Ducas in the famous Hotel De Paris in Monte Carlo.
