Facilities
This single storey villa is finished to a very high standard and is well furnished throughout. It has three bedrooms sleeping up to six people comfortably.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and an attractive four- poster bed. There are two twin bedrooms, which share a full family bathroom, one has wonderful sea views and the other a little courtyard; both have fitted wardrobes. The attractive living room is open plan to the dining area and kitchen with doors leading to the beautiful terrace and pool area. There is a sofa bed, which can accommodate a child. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has a breakfast bar and there is a laundry area with a washing machine.
The villa is set in an elevated position, with outstanding views over the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. There is an exceptionally large terrace surrounding the swimming pool, with an outdoor shower, patio dining furniture, sun-beds and a barbecue. For peace of mind, there is a gate, which can be used to prevent small children reaching the swimming pool.
