This is a beautiful end of terrace villa, which boasts wonderful front-line sea and island views. Located in the exclusive Marina Puerto Calero, it is part of a new development of stylish high quality town houses each with private pools (acclimatised in the winter months) and stunning sea views. To the side of this development are very attractive landscaped gardens and the pool area of the 5 star hotel Hesperia, opened in only 2003. The hotel has all the facilities of its’ star rating including fine restaurants and spa facilities whilst the centre of the marina with its excellent restaurants and bars is only a 6/7 minute walk along the promenade. Boat trips including fishing and diving are also available from the marina.
The accommodation comprises: lounge/dining room with satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and patio doors to the pool terrace; well equipped separate kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and iron; utility room with washing machine.
An open wooden staircase leads to the first floor: master double bedroom opening onto the south facing balcony and en suite bathroom; twin bedroom; shower room.
Lower ground floor: twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
All rooms with the exception of the lower ground floor have air-conditioning.
Maid service is provided twice weekly.

Prices are for up to 4 persons, there is a supplement of £60 for each additional person.
