This private 3 bedroom detached villa is fitted to a very high standard. It occupies 2 floors. On the ground floor is a spacious hallway, 2 twin bedrooms, a marble bathroom with bath and shower, a fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster etc etc. A spacious lounge with 2 settees, Satellite TV and DVD Player. There is marble flooring throughout. A separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing.
Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with its own king size bed, dressing area, en-suite marble bathroom consisting of bath, shower, wc and bidet. The master bedroom leads on to a very large balconied private sun terrace.
Outside there is a fantastic dining area with seating for 8 people, open for al-fresco dining. The Villa has its own luxury heated swimming pool, surrounded by terracotta tiles and enclosed in a very private and secluded walled garden ideal for private sunbathing. There is outside lighting all around the private walled area of the property allowing you to sit outside and relax around the pool area until late evening.
Villa Verona is located on the prestigious Faro Park area of Playa Blanca, within 200 meters of the shoreline. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are also only a 1 minute walk away. It is ideal for families who want the best of both worlds, enjoying a tranquillity not found in tourist areas, yet is only 3km from the main centre of Playa Blanca with the numerous bars, shops and restaurants.
Location: 100m to a rocky shoreline and a 3 min drive (30mins walk) to closest beach. We are also only an 8 min drive to the world famous Papagayo beach and in addition there are also 3 separate sandy beaches located even nearer the Villa. Weekly maid service with towels and sheets provided with weekly pool cleaning.

| Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service: | All bedding is provided. Towels are provided for inside use only. NO BEACH towels are provided. A weekly maid service is provided and the pool is professionally cleaned. |
