Ok so I know it is usually frowned upon and we normally would stick to self catering and eating out but we will be going with my young niece and, although my two daughters will be fine at their ages, from experience meal times can be rather awkward with those under 2! So how about Flamingo Park?

The rubimar is a good hotel for the money and you have marina and shopping centre near by.

I can highly recommend the Rubicon palace in PB as an AI option especially if you have children.ALso,if you like a drink in the evenings, most of the drinks are international brand. We loved the place when we stayed there and will probably look to go back there when we return to Lanzarote.

My first post by the way :D

Thanks for suggestions, Rubicon is looking to be the favourite!

Location: Lancashire, UK - but I wish I was in Playa Blanca
+1 for the Rubicon Palace.

Stayed there a few years ago and loved it. Coming back next June to celebrate my birthday and 10th wedding Anniversary and doing AI at the Dream Castillo.

Can't wait :)

I can also strongly recommend the Rubicon Palace, just returned from a three week holiday which was our 7th stay there, off again at new year for 10 days, can't get enough of this place. It's fantastic!!
