It was still there last time I saw it about 7 months ago. Used it once but probably won't rush back. I'm very fussy when it comes to 'Chippers'. The quality of chips were OK but not fab and the batter was that smooth way you find in many English chippers. Make it light, really crispy and brittle.... and I'll be back. Still, it is better than that Codfather in the old town.

When I was I asked for Cod. It looked like Cod and tasted like Cod. In fact we had two meals there with no problems.

Oh yeah, you're right Overhere. I am thinking of that chipper (can't remember it's name) in the old town on Calle Bajamar. Their chips are like McCains Oven Chips, and they stink, oh thinking about them brings back the smell, yuk.

So, sorry Codfather owners, but I'm sure I didn't really take to your's either, but I'll give you and the Londoner another go when I'm next there by way of apology.

I think Titti's used to use the cod father for some of their food with the shows in the early days but now do it all in house.
I just wish there was a chip shop where you could walk in and the chips be really to take away, everyone I have tried so far they have had to cook them. Guess the only bonus is they are fresh.

cheers
Keith
