Large vehicles can be hired from http://www.autospluscar.com for very reasonable daily rates.

if you get a copy of the gazette there are a couple of small ads in there who advertise their services to do what you want

Spenders no1 for live sport.

Yep......there are a few ads in the Gazette but the cheapest I have found is a guy called Odd Job. His hourly rates were much cheaper than the others. Give him a ring.

And No....it isn't me... and I am not advertising!!!

On a slightly different note, I know a man with a Van here in Manchester. His name is Kieran and I met him on Monday lunchtime just after he reversed his van into my car – Thanks Keiran, I think it’s written off ! [:(!]

Cheers – Ole

What was the price of the service you get?
Asking for research purposes. :)

Hi
Resurrecting a nine year old post is unlikely to get an accurate CURRENT price (last post on this subject was dated 26th October 2007 :( ) for up to date prices for people carriers check any of the following websites
https://www.cabreramedina.com/
or
http://www.pluscar-lanzarote.com/booking.php?lang=en

or if it is a van you want fhen
http://www.pluscar-lanzarote.com/booking.php?lang=en
or
Furgolanz in Playa Honda Lanzarote...no web but telephone
and address is
Furgolanz
Pol. Ind. El Jable, NAVE 7
35509 San Bartolome (lanzarote) (Las Palmas)
Tlf: 928822351

If it is a man and van you require ...then there are literally dozens located here...if that is the case just Google ´´man and van lanzarote´´..that should bring up many of them.
If on the other hand you are ´´researching prices´´ in the hope of setting up over here,,,,,then I would seriously think again,,,as I said there are dozens trying it ,,,can think of 5 off the top of my head ..all established , and usually the first 5 anyone living here would ring...and that is without taking into account the 2 dozen or so local Spanish firms offering the same service....afraid you need to be more original with your business idea if this is the case...anyway Buena Suerte :D
Hope this helps :D
