We are looking to holiday in Lanzarote for the first time in November. Have no idea where to start! Can anyone recommend the best resort in November and self catering accommodation.looking to eat out so preferably nice restaurants and bars for the evenings? Many Thanks :D

Rach, all 3 of the main resorts should be fine and each cater well fir what you're looking for.
My preference is puerto del carmen which has loads of self catering apartments, google 'Jable Bermudas' which is one I use And it pretty good in all aspects and very cheap .

Puerto Del Carmen every time. I like the Montana Club, but am also trying Caleton Blanco next year which is more upmarket and looks lovely. :D

PDC has some great places to stay in from budget to expensive. I've also stayed in some crap places in Playa Blanca and some nicer so let's not go down the silly route of making sweeping statements eh? :roll:
