Am staying Calle Junco, Matagorda. Does anyone know who to contact regarding access to the pavements for mobility scooter. Have to go out on the road as I can't get on the pavement due to cars parking on the pavement.?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Are you asking if someone can tell you if cars park on the pavements in Calle Junco, so you know whether you might have to go onto the road to avoid them? Wouldn't you also want to know how high the kerbs are and if there are any drop kerbs?

Cars "do" park on the pavement. It's a cul-de-sac up to Guacimeta apts. There is a low kerb/ramp but once you get on to the pavement that's it - you are confronted by the pavement being blocked by cars all the time, and no way to pass without going out on the road.

Ah OK, it's a place you know, and you want to find out where you complain to get them moved, is that it?

Well, I'd suggest the local (blue) police. They look after parking issues. I don't know PDC well enough to tell you where the police station is, but perhaps someone else could help.
