Hi,
New member here. I have seen the Tuscan complex over the years in slow decline, but there are now some apartments for sale at what seem to be very reasonable prices. Would it be a mistake or an opportunity to purchase one? Your opinions would be most welcome. Thanks in advance.
PS, I haven't been to Costa Teguise for over a year now.

Update: Just had a reply from a friend living in CT who says avoid at all costs. It is run-down and several of the units have squatters in them.

I was told when I was there recently, to avoid at all cots. Can't remember why, but it made sense at the time.

Hi,

Revisiting this after more than a year. There are a few apartments for long term rental at around 400 pm. Has anyone been to the complex/heard anything about it recently?
Thanks,
