Hi,

I've mentioned this is another post about the strip but we used the Rocas Blaca cafe bar on the strip most days and always got free wi-fi with a good connection. It's opposite the main beach, near the tourist information centre, a big outside cafe bar with lots of tables in the sun.

Tried Groucho's a few times but never been able to get on it there :(

Lots of the bars and restaurants offer free wifi however the speed and connections differ ranging from pretty slow to non existent and nowhere that I've found is as good as the UK. Even the hotel wifi is on the whole, very poor. One good place we discovered recently was Spinnakers bar up the road that Plaza Azul and Tropicana apartments are on (cafe mil on the corner - also has wifi for the price of a coffee). Very friendly landlady and lovely views of the sea. Also Cafe Ola by the seafront. You'll have no problems finding somewhere - just the quality of the connection can be iffy.
